The 2021 AISES National Conference invites all middle school, high school, undergraduate and graduate students, and professionals to present their STEM research! The 2021 AISES National Conference will be in Phoenix, AZ on September 23-25 2021. All presentations will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021.
STEM Poster Research Presentations: CLOSED (as of September 1st)
Oral Research Proposals: CLOSED (as of August 24th)
Oral Research Participants & Poster Research Presentations have been notified through email if they have been accepted. Completed and confirmed proposal/Posters submitted by August 9th received a discount code for registration.
All research presenters must be in-person at the event to participate.
If you hvve been accepted:
Orals
Presentations are 20 minutes long, including questions and answers
Participants will be notified when and where their presentations will be taking place
Posters
- Set-up is at 8 am, event is from 9 am - 12 pm in Exhibit Hall 5
- Presenters must be present all 3 hours; you must be in front of your poster during the judging period
- Bring your poster to mount; poster dimensions should be no larger than 90" (width) x 44" (height)
- Middle & High School Students may present in partners

Student Research
- Take this opportunity to present your work to a broad audience, practice your presentation skills, add a presentation citation to your resume/CV, and compete for awards and prizes! You have the choice of presenting in either the poster or oral presentation format. Oral presentations are only open to undergraduate and graduate students.
